Job Description

FlairsTech is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Research target markets and identify potential clients.
  • Communicate FlairsTech's services and value proposition effectively.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Strong English communication skills (B2–C1)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience in IT services or outsourcing industry is a plus
