FlairsTech is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Research target markets and identify potential clients.
- Communicate FlairsTech's services and value proposition effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or similar roles
- Strong English communication skills (B2–C1)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience in IT services or outsourcing industry is a plus
