Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales pipelines. Day-to-day tasks include building strong, lasting client relationships through effective communication, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Sales and Business Development expertise, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in CRM systems and pipeline management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to exceed client needs
