Role Overview

This role is fully remote and open to candidates globally

SquareOne Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to support our growth across the GCC market. The role is responsible for generating qualified leads, building pipeline opportunities, and supporting the field sales team through proactive outreach, CRM-driven sales processes, and strong LinkedIn engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B technology sales prospecting, lead qualification, and digital selling, with the ability to leverage CRM platforms and LinkedIn as primary channels for pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across target accounts and industries
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Build and nurture a qualified sales pipeline for the GCC market
  • Research target organizations, decision-makers, and market opportunities

CRM-Driven Sales Execution

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system
  • Track leads, contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activities
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management and sales reporting
  • Update lead status, sales stages, and opportunity notes regularly
  • Generate pipeline and activity reports for management review

Strong CRM discipline is mandatory for this role.

LinkedIn Sales Outreach

  • Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers
  • Build prospect lists across industries such as banking, insurance, government, and enterprise sectors
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns through personalized messaging
  • Engage with prospects through thought leadership posts and connection strategies
  • Support social selling initiatives for the sales team

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads based on business need, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the sales / presales team
  • Ensure handover of qualified opportunities with clear business context

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  • Work closely with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and lead follow-ups
  • Support event and webinar lead conversion
  • Align with account managers and business development teams

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English or Arabic or Multilingual)
  • Excellent prospecting and follow-up discipline
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on use of LinkedIn / Sales Navigator
  • Lead qualification and pipeline management
  • Commercial acumen and customer engagement skills
  • Strong persistence and target orientation

Preferred Experience

  • 2–5 years in inside sales / lead generation / B2B technology sales
  • Experience selling software, IT services, digital transformation, ECM, automation, or data solutions
  • GCC market exposure preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise clients

KPIs / Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Meetings / demos scheduled
  • Pipeline value created
  • CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
  • LinkedIn outreach conversion rate
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion ratio
