Job Description

Sarmad is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and expanding our client base within the financial technology sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential opportunities and helping to drive Sarmad's growth by promoting our innovative solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and messaging
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Sarmad's products and solutions
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong motivation are also welcome
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
  • Basic understanding of financial technology or fintech is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
