Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales professional with a strong background in Marketing and Human Resources consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and developing strategic partnerships across KSA. This role requires deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and the ability to sell value-driven consulting solutions to organizations of varying sizes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Marketing and HR consulting services.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, CHROs, CMOs, HR Directors).
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning consulting solutions accordingly.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client demands within the KSA market.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for HR and Marketing consulting offerings.
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and quality execution.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal consultants, marketing teams, and leadership to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums within KSA.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within consulting services, preferably HR and/or Marketing consulting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics, labor regulations, and business culture.
- Experience selling services such as HR advisory, recruitment solutions, organizational development, employer branding, digital marketing, or marketing strategy.

- Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.

- be resident in KSA with a valid work permit/iqama (if applicable).
- Willingness to travel within KSA as required.
