Job Description

Haven Hospitality is redefining short-term stays in Egypt. We specialize in turning prime apartments into fully serviced, high-yielding hotel-style residences. Now, we're looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing both our guest pipeline and our property portfolio.

This is a hybrid role that bridges sales and business development. You'll be responsible for filling our serviced apartments (hotel-style stays) by forging partnerships with travel agencies, affiliates, and other booking sources while also sourcing high-potential properties that we can acquire, lease, or manage under our brand.

What You'll Do:

Drive Bookings & Increase Occupancy

Build partnerships with travel agencies (both local and international), relocation firms, and other entities to consistently supply guest bookings.

Promote and leverage Haven's Affiliate Program to generate consistent referral traffic and direct bookings.

Monitor occupancy trends and collaborate with the team to roll out new B2B offers, long-stay deals, or seasonal promotions.

Source New Properties for Expansion

Research and scout apartments and buildings with strong potential to be converted into short-term rentals or serviced apartments.

Secure properties via rental arbitrage (rent-to-rent) or management agreements with landlords and owners.

Analyze market data, pricing trends, and competitor performance to identify the best opportunities.

Landlord & Owner Relations

Approach owners of high-spec residential units and introduce Haven's property management model.

Prepare and present compelling custom proposals that show how we can help maximize income through short-term rental strategies.

Handle the end-to-end relationship: from first contact and negotiation to signed agreement.

What We're Looking For

25 years in business development, sales, real estate, or hospitality.

Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.

A sharp negotiator with a persuasive edge and a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.

Understanding of short-term rental models (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) is a strong plus.

Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in preparing written proposals and conducting face-to-face meetings.
