Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients legal requirements.

Lawgical is currently seeking candidates for the roles of Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), and Marketing Development Representative (MDR).

Salary

The salary range is AED 3,500 to AED 6,500, depending on the role, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. In addition, performance-based commissions will be provided upon achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Communication and Relationship Building to effectively engage with clients.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to meet and exceed targets while driving revenue growth.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting client needs and achieving organizational objectives.
• Familiarity with the legal or corporate sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
