Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and nurturing business opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, and generating quality leads. In addition, the selected candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role 
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present ideas effectively.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of digital platforms and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
