Business Development Specialist

Job Purpose: Identify and drive enhancement and development opportunities for the platform from a business perspective, translating market requirements and business needs into scalable solutions to support platform growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and scope optimization and development opportunities for the platform from a business perspective.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Operations) to align platform solutions with overarching business goals.
• Evaluate market trends and operational data to propose data-driven enhancements for the digital platform.
• Prepare clear business requirements, recommendations, and strategic proposals to guide feature development.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented business solutions and product updates to ensure maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Business Development within a digital/tech context.
