Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business/Product Developer with strong experience in medical/healthcare business development and product development. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, developing medical products, building strategic partnerships, and supporting successful commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of medical products from concept to market launch.
• Identify market gaps, healthcare trends, and new business opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA/RA, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with KOLs, healthcare organizations, and distribution partners.
• Evaluate potential partnership, licensing, and co-development opportunities.
• Ensure products align with relevant SFDA and international regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Product Development, Product Management, or a related role within the Medical, Healthcare, or MedTech industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical products market.
• Excellent business development, market analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate market and clinical needs into viable business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Medical, Engineering, or a related field.
