Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact for daily client inquiries and needs.
Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
Analyze client accounts to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Introduce new products or services to existing clients that align with their needs.
Assist in preparing presentations and business proposals for clients.
Collaborate closely with external Business Development Managers to support sales strategies.
Update client data and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Work with internal departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Technical Support) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Communicate client feedback and suggestions to internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
Assist in preparing regular reports on account performance and sales activity.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and account growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
