Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage the business development activities, function Identification to ensure these are aligned with business strategy.
  • Based on the company strategy, initiate projects or reply to received cooperation offers in areas
  • Establish & maintain contacts with potential strategic partners from the contractor side to ensure maintaining sustainable development.
  • Managing execution of marketing activities including market analysis, marketing digital and below-the-line actions to ensure alignment with market development.
  • Setting clear and coherent objectives for business development with a particular focus on market development & penetration, customer orientation and differentiation application.
  • Foresee the business opportunities and capitalize on its seizing to ensure the growth of business models.
  • Support and Interact with all internal departments, consultants, and customers to design, negotiate, and drive to closure agreements for facilitation of workflow.
  • Managing & Emerging market opportunities and business initiatives files & oversee the development and growth of new business ventures.
  • Monitoring business environment, Clients and targeted Industries & Studying their needs & requirements for forecasting market dynamics and reporting.
  • Managing, and attending exhibitions, seminars, and other relevant marketing events.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years previous experience in technical sales/business development.
  • Technical knowledge of building materials
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Architecture)
  • Exceptional communications and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
  • Strong Logical, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Experience in HVAC or construction or industrial projects is a plus.
  • Based location : Head office.
