Role Summary:

Your primary objective is to source, pitch, and sign apartment owners and landlords to list their properties under Imperial Aura's holiday homes portfolio. This is a commission-based freelance role, perfect for someone confident in their sales capability and motivated by performance-driven earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads: property owners, landlords, real estate agents, and building administrators.
  • Conduct outreach (calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits) to secure meetings and viewings.
  • Pitch Imperial Aura's value proposition and convert leads into signed property management agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and onboard clients smoothly by coordinating documents, photoshoots, inspections, etc.
  • Maintain an organized lead pipeline and provide weekly performance updates.
  • Build partnerships within the real estate ecosystem to accelerate deal flow.
  • Stay updated on Dubai's holiday home regulations and market trends.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent monthly sign-ups of new apartments.
  • Strong conversion rate from lead signed agreement.
  • Efficient turnaround from first contact to onboarding.
  • High satisfaction from owners brought in through your efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 13 years in sales, business development, or real estate (holiday homes experience is a strong plus).
  • Confident negotiator with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional presence during property visits.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Good understanding of Dubai's property market.
  • Access to transportation for meetings and viewings.
  • Drivers License is a must

Compensation (Commission Only):

  • Attractive commission per signed property + additional bonuses for exclusive or high-value units.
  • Unlimited earning potential based purely on performance.
