KHABEER group for software industries requires a Full Time Business Development Specialistin 5^th Settlement branch.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth and strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships.

3.A Computer Science background or working experience with healthcare technology solutions will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the healthcare domain.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, technology vendors, and government entities.

Present company solutions, services, and capabilities to potential clients and partners, emphasizing how they address specific healthcare challenges.

Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with the company's goals.

Stay updated on healthcare regulations, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or Business Administration, Marketing,Pharmacists, a related field. (Combining business and technical experience is preferred.)

2.AUC,GUC,GUE or BUE Candidate are preferred.

3.3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or technology domain.

4.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.

5.Fluency in English language is a must.

6.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

7.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

8.Familiarity with healthcare technologies, digital health solutions, and industry standards is a strong plus.

9.Preferred Qualifications:

10.Background in Computer Science, Software Development, or IT.

11.Experience with healthcare-specific technologies such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, or AI-driven healthcare solutions.

12.Understanding of healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA and industry-specific challenges.

13.Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
