Job Description

The Business Development Specialist helps the company grow by finding new clients, keeping strong relationships with them, and looking for ways to improve how the company works. They work closely with other teams to make sure clients get the best service.

Position: Business Development Specialist

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

As the Business Development Manager, your main job is to grow the business by finding and developing opportunities, especially in logistics services like customs clearance and road transportation. You will work with both new and existing clients, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions. You will also help set up standard procedures and coordinate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

You will manage Piercing Meteors participation in trade shows, making sure the event booth is ready, all materials are delivered on time, customs paperwork is handled, and you connect with potential clients. Your goal at these events is to highlight Piercing Meteors logistics expertise and bring in new business.

Main Duties

Sales & Business Growth

  • Find and follow up on potential clients until deals are closed.
  • Make sure payments are received on time.
  • Keep a healthy sales pipeline and track progress to meet targets.

Customer Relationships

  • Understand client needs and offer solutions that help their business.
  • Quickly solve any service issues.
  • Expand business with current clients and win new ones.
  • Work with teams across the company to create solutions that fit market demands.
  • Share insights from clients to improve services.

Who Can Apply

Must Have

  • 56 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Postgraduate qualification in sales or marketing.
  • Experience with a multinational freight forwarding company.
