MEDPUSH is the leading independent media consultancy in the MENA region with offices in Dubai and Riyadh, it provides a wide range of products and services to advertisers. Our goal is to improve the effectiveness of their campaigns and secure higher return on their media investment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in our Riyadh office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
• Assist with lead generation, research, and prospect outreach
• Maintain and update the client database
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
• Track activities and report on progress and pipeline updates
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and events when required

Must-have qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
