Role Description

Recruit and onboard new agencies and hosts to the platform

Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies & key users

Support and guide agencies to improve performance and revenue

Monitor daily operations and ensure targets are achieved

Analyze performance data and optimize growth strategies

Qualifications

Previous experience in streaming apps (BD / ACM / Agency Management)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to handle multiple agencies and work under pressure

Result-oriented mindset with focus on growth & retention
