We are looking for a strong Business Development Specialist in payroll outsourcingdrives revenue growth by acquiring new clients, selling payroll, tax compliance, and HR services. He/She will require 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience, expertise in statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS), and skills in negotiation and relationship building. They often target HR heads, CFOs, and business owners. This is a part time on comission basis 20 % of the sales you bring in.

Role Description

The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct market research, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role involves working closely with prospective clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.

• Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.

• Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in payroll outsourcing or HR services, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
