Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. In this position, you will identify and generate new business leads, nurture client relationships, and perform market research to discover opportunities. You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer service. Analytical skills will also be leveraged to identify trends and create strategies for growth. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and sustain client relationships
• Proven experience with lead generation and business development strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is a plus
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and achieve goals in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in technology or a related industry is an added advantage
