Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase occupancy across the accommodation communities.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and industrial companies requiring workforce housing.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, leasing offers, and partnership opportunities.
- Support negotiations and closing of leasing agreements with new and existing clients.
Market & Client Engagement
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
Commercial & Revenue Support
- Support the development of pricing strategies and commercial offers aligned with market demand.
- Monitor occupancy levels and contribute strategies to maximize revenue and asset utilization.
- Coordinate with leasing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Track sales performance, leads, and conversions through CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, revenue opportunities, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience
- 46 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
- Experience in real estate, property management, workforce accommodation, hospitality, or facility management is preferred.
- Experience working with corporate clients, contractors, or industrial sector companies is an advantage.
