Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to support our growth objectives by identifying, developing, and securing new B2B business opportunities. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and promoting the company's digital marketing services. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, account management, and leadership teams to execute growth strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities aligned with the company's digital marketing services.

Generate and qualify leads through marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting activities.

Conduct cold calls, outreach emails, follow-ups, and daily visits to prospective clients within assigned areas.

Present the company's services, solutions, and value propositions professionally to prospective clients.

Analyze client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.

Research market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, sales forecasts, and performance reports for management review.

Collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and service delivery.

Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover of signed clients to the account management team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a B2B or digital marketing environment.

Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist, Sales Specialist, or similar role.

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Proven experience preparing business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

Solid understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Ability to analyze market data and identify new growth opportunities.

Experience collaborating with marketing teams on campaign-driven lead generation.

Proficiency in CRM systems, project management, and task management tools.

Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centric and results-driven mindset.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
