Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in business development/Telecommunications/technology/HR or sales roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Fluency in English
