Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development/Telecommunications/technology/HR or sales roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English
