Job Description

Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) division provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels. We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for coronary and peripheral diseases, and oncological indications. Our strategic focus is on Minimally invasive transradial access, Arterial disease treatments, Peripheral interventions, Embolic solutions and Cardio and vascular solutions.

We constantly work to refine and perfect our products so that interventionalists can do more. That is why we support great thinking that pushes back the boundaries of our field.

As our Business Development Specialist, you will act as Terumo's ambassador in the Eastern Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will promote and sell the full Interventional system's portfolio to healthcare professionals.

You will provide training and support for the correct use of specialized medical devices during diagnostic and interventional procedures. You would work in a semi-direct sales model, combining direct Terumo sales with collaboration through a local distributor. Your mission is to drive growth, strengthen customer relations and expand Terumo's presence in this key region.

Job Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Implement sales strategy defined by the Management and Marketing teams
  • Complete and qualify all customer visit reports in the CRM system (T360)
  • Deliver a detailed Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with a sector analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Promote and sell Terumo's products to both existing and new accounts, contributing to market share growth

Service & Support:

  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and identify their needs through consistent communication and service
  • Provide training on appropriate use of specialized medical devices during clinical procedures
  • Support physicians and medical teams directly in the procedure room where devices are used
  • Ensure all products are used safely and according to their intended purpose

General:

  • Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality
  • Adhere to MedTech guidelines and Terumo policies

Profile description

  • Experience in medical devices industry
  • Experience in Cardio and Vascular solutions is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Arabic (native) and English
  • Resident of Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia and willing to travel extensively within the region
  • Highly energetic, committed and strong team player
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
