Coordinate with brokers to achieve or exceed company sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to support business growth and loyalty.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by promptly addressing issues and delivering exceptional service.
Provide consistent support and clear communication to both brokers and clients.
Provide clients with professional guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance products and services to meet their needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuously monitoring client experience to support brokers effectively.
Ensuring the motivation of brokers and effective and healthy relationship.
Collaborate closely with underwriting, product development, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the creation of relevant products.
Assist in developing customized insurance solutions for large corporate clients or unique cases.
Performing any other job assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
2-5 years of experience preferred in insurance.
Excellent knowledge of insurance products, policies, and related operations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Creative, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong reporting and presentation capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
