Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate with brokers to achieve or exceed company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to support business growth and loyalty.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by promptly addressing issues and delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide consistent support and clear communication to both brokers and clients.
  • Provide clients with professional guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance products and services to meet their needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuously monitoring client experience to support brokers effectively.
  • Ensuring the motivation of brokers and effective and healthy relationship.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting, product development, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the creation of relevant products.
  • Assist in developing customized insurance solutions for large corporate clients or unique cases.
  • Performing any other job assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience preferred in insurance.
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance products, policies, and related operations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong reporting and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
