Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist in the training field, located in Cairo. The role includes identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to develop strategic business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting the growth and promotion of Guide Academy's training programs. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions, maintain high standards of customer service, and contribute to achieving broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to inform decisions
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal capabilities to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing potential client relationships
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify business and industry opportunities
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the training or professional development sector is a plus
