Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide efficient support and solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone or other channels, resolving concerns effectively, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.
Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and deliver excellent assistance
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities to enhance client relationships and address feedback constructively
Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills to manage interactions with professionalism and efficiency
Problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools; prior customer service experience is a plus
