Job Summary
The Retail Partnership Supervisor is responsible for driving growth through Strategic Retail Alliances .
developing, managing, and expanding partnerships with retail outlets to maximize sales opportunities for multi insurance plans ,and enhance customer engagement. This role ensures effective execution of partnership agreements, monitors performance, and supports retail partners to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure seamless collaboration
Identify potential retail outlets and secure new partnership opportunities
Leading & Managing a team of retail officers in daily sales activity
Managing technology channels & integrations with retail partners in coordination with technology team
Coordinate with marketing and operations to deliver promotional campaigns and materials
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and operational procedures
Negotiate terms, agreements, and promotions with partners
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance of retail channels
Develop strategies to increase product penetration and meet sales targets
Provide ongoing support for retail partners to boost product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Prepare performance reports and share insights with management
Monitor competitor activity within the retail space and recommend proactive actions
Evaluate partnership ROI and suggest improvements
Requirements/ Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5 7 years of experience in retail partnerships in fintech companies , financial institutions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Strong field monitoring and follow-up skills
