The Opportunity: Growth & Compensation Path

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Business Development professional to join our team. This role offers a clear path from performance-based contracting to a stable, high-reward career.

Phase 1: Probation Period (3 Months)

  • Structure: Contract & Commission-based.
  • Compensation: 10% Commission on every closed deal. This phase is designed for hunters who want to prove their value and impact.

Phase 2: Full-Time Transition

  • Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period and meeting performance benchmarks, you will be offered a Full-Time Contract.
  • Full-Time Benefits: A competitive base salary + a revised commission structure + long-term career growth opportunities within Tawrida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and reach out to potential B2B clients within the Egyptian market.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitor activity to identify untapped business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and deal progress in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (SaaS or Tech experience is a major plus).
  • Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Egyptian business landscape and organizational challenges.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasion and professional storytelling.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to pivot strategies effectively.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern business development tools.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a remote, target-driven environment.
