The Business Directoris the leader of the operational and delivery aspects of the account and owns relationships with the client(s). He or she is responsible for winning Client commitment to the Agency's brand direction, strategy, recommendations and subsequent execution. The Business Director is expected to foster the Agency's beliefs and spirit externally and internally, as well as develop and drive vision for the business, aiming to bring in more digital business.
Builds positive and collaborative PR relationships with all stakeholders including Head of Brand and other heads.
Guide to deliver creative excellence across the entire customer journey
Active involvement in Strategy Reviews / Financial Updates / Brand Campaigns - providing on-going support to assigned team.
Drives integration and interdependence across all capabilities to deliver high-standard integrated communication solutions
Inspires, mentors and nurtures the team to build capability and develop competence
Manages communication budget;
Takes overall responsibility for the development and management of the communications streams of work.
Receives project briefs from client, assesses, calls for the internal meetings and meeting with partner agencies, and assign the brief internally, agree on timelines internally and with client
Optimize budget and speed to market in order to maximize RO
Identify and improve organizational and development aspects that would improve content creation and its distribution
