In charge of creating and implementing the PPD Business Education strategy in order to massify Business Education reach in the country, to upskill PPD clients in all physical channels (independent salons, chains, pro-shops, specialty retail), in coordination with Sales team
Key Responsibilities
STRATEGY
Creates Business Education strategy respecting the division guidelines and budget
Creates the annual action plan per channel & customer target
Localizes global offer and develops complementary local content & formats in coordination with the global team
COMMUNICATION
Ensures the Business contents visibility on socials, Access and LPS, contributes to animate the platforms traffic and take care of the business editorial plan
Develops an innovative & strong communication plan to promote engagement & conversion (CRM)
COLLABORATION
Keeps an ongoing relationship with the international teams
Works together with the Educators, Digital & Sales team in order to find qualitative & quantitative insights, with the aim to increase the customer & sales experience
In conjunction with the country LSA lead, encourages the Business Education upskilling within the Division, for :
Internal business educators
Field force
Marketing, Education,
Digital and Sales Teams
PERFORMANCE
Defines KPI's to measure the impact of the Business Education activities on the customers
