You will work cross-functionally to support high-impact improvement initiatives in close collaboration with Product teams, Service Managers, Regional Operations Managers, Operations Change Management, and Shared Services.
Your role will be instrumental in delivering measurable business improvements and ensuring that solutions are effectively transitioned into day-to-day operations for sustained results.

- Drive a strong culture of continuous improvement across functions
- Partner with stakeholders to socialize continuous improvement initiatives and understand key business requirements
- Educate teams and program-manage continuous improvement initiatives, including FMEA frameworks, to identify risks and opportunities
- Design controls, implementation plans, and mitigation strategies to support risk-free operations
- Streamline ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Identify high-impact improvement opportunities, solve problems using data and process redesign, and lead initiatives through to delivery
A Typical Day
- Analyze and document existing processes; design future-state transformation journeys
- Lead or support cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies to improvement projects
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify root causes of issues
- Prepare and present improvement proposals and business cases to management
- Communicate progress and outcomes through clear storytelling and executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and improvement forums across Customer Service and other functions
Your Expertise
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Design, or Process Re-engineering
- Strong experience in drafting Policies, Procedures, SOPs, and supporting internal audits
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt or Business Process Management certification (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven track record of delivering improvement initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience in project management and driving initiatives across multiple teams
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Good understanding of industry-relevant automation tools and technologies (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with product and technology teams to deliver improvements (preferred)
