Salayel Hospitality is seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven Business Excellence Manager with proven experience in luxury hospitality properties. This role will be instrumental in elevating operational standards, driving financial performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our portfolio.
We are looking for a leader who understands the refined service standards, operational precision, and guest experience expectations of luxury hotel environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Business Excellence frameworks across luxury properties
- Drive operational performance, profitability, and service optimization initiatives
- Ensure alignment with luxury brand standards, SOP compliance, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and operational assessments
- Partner with Property head and department heads to enhance service excellence
- Identify innovation opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 47 years of hospitality experience, with at least 23 years in luxury hotel operations or corporate excellence roles
- Proven exposure to multi-property or group-level performance management
- Strong understanding of luxury guest journey, brand compliance, and service excellence models
- Exceptional analytical, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international luxury hotel brands preferred
