JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive TQM implementation and lead initiatives towards achieving the Deming Award by fostering quality and continuous improvement of culture.
- Develop and execute TQM roadmaps, conduct management reviews, and coordinate with consultants on Deming requirements.
- Lead Policy Management by translating long-term goals into actionable strategies through workshops and structured deployment.
- Implement and monitor Daily Work Management (DWM), including KPI identification, training, reviews, and performance improvement.
- Facilitate Problem Solving methodologies (JDI, KKD, QC Story) to address chronic issues and improve processes.
- Conduct TQM training and build organizational capabilities in quality and continuous improvement.
- Drive Process Excellence through process mapping, KPI alignment, benchmarking, and best practice implementation.
- Perform Business Process Audits to identify gaps and ensure continuous improvement
- Manage KPI frameworks, enabling performance tracking and improvement across Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
- Lead Lean & Operational Excellence initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, time studies, and productivity improvement.
- Drive Digital Transformation by implementing dashboards, digitizing processes, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Promote Recognition & Communication through engagement programs, rewarding innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Requirements
- Worked in Deming certified company.
- Hands-on experience in TQM principles, DTQMP and lean tools.
- Very high problem-solving ability (SPC, Quality advanced tools).
- Proven skill on getting things done at organization level.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Extremely organized and efficient.
- 8 - 15 years experience in Business Excellence / Operational Excellence / TQM.
- Degree Any Engineering Degree (preferred Mechanical / Industrial Engineering) Or, MBA in Quality or Operational Management Certified in Black / Green belt (preferred).
