We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial strategy, business planning, and decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and financial risks.
• Provide insights to optimize revenue, cost control, and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience in business finance with a focus on driving profitability and efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
