CrossSelling & Business Growth Advisor
We are looking for a CrossSelling & Business Growth Advisor to support Partners and service-line leaders in expanding client relationships across Audit, Tax, Advisory, Risk, ESG, and Technology services. The role focuses on identifying crossservice opportunities, analyzing client needs, improving account penetration, and enabling integrated solutions that strengthen revenue growth and client value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Opportunity Identification
- Analyze client financials, business activities, compliance requirements, and pain points to identify crossselling opportunities.
- Track and maintain an opportunity pipeline across service lines.
- Monitor client lifecycle events (renewals, expansions, new subsidiaries, regulatory changes) and map them to relevant services.
2. CrossService Coordination
- Work closely with Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory, and Tech teams to package relevant solutions for clients.
- Support Partners in designing multiservice proposals tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate seamless communication between service lines to present unified solutions.
3. Client Engagement Support
- Participate in client meetings to identify unmet needs and future service requirements.
- Prepare proposals, business cases, and presentations supporting crossselling initiatives.
- Provide account insights and briefing notes for Partner/client meetings.
4. Market & Account Intelligence
- Study industry trends, regulatory updates, and service gaps to identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze client portfolios and segments to prioritize highvalue accounts for targeted crossselling.
- Monitor competitor offerings and upselling areas to strengthen service positioning.
5. Internal Enablement
- Maintain dashboards tracking crossselling performance, pipeline movement, and conversion rates.
- Support the development of crossselling playbooks, service bundling strategies, and communication materials.
- Educate teams on service offerings and triggers that indicate potential crossselling opportunities.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in business development, account management, consulting, advisory, FP&A, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of audit, tax, advisory, and accounting service offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to CRM tools is beneficial.
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, CFA Level 1+, CISA) are an advantage.
