Job Description


Objectives :
key driver of our business unit's expansion. Create and implement growth strategies that enhance performance to achieve business plan objectives. This role is for a proactive leader who can spot opportunities, foster teamwork across different departments, and ensure our strategies are in sync with market expectations.

Scope:
lead and execute brand strategy, working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective marketing campaigns. Focus on optimizing Team performance and profitability.

Drive the digital strategy, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, building an e-commerce presence, and formulating digital communication strategies that leverage digital platforms to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Milestones Execution:
Act as the STEEL model owner on the business unit level, ensuring full implementation of its component from hiring to exiting.
Work closely with the business unit lead to aligning the business unit business plan with available resources, identify development gaps, and set quarterly achievement milestones.
Develop and implement quarterly growth plans that are aligned with the business unit's objectives.
Collaborating with the business unit lead to set annual growth targets and breaking them on quarter goals.
Execute the business unit's WoW with both subordinate cluster leads, follow up on their envision cluster weekly, and hold envision sprints Bi-monthly for optimal business goal achievement

Performance Monitoring:
Track growth performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct regular reviews of growth initiatives to ensure objectives are being met.
Follow up monthly with cluster leads for their cluster's performance review outcome and set individual development plans as needed.
Discuss the management, envision sprints monthly with cluster leads, review monthly cluster business reviews, and develop quarterly business unit business reviews.
Supervise and manage the probation period for all business unit new hires to ensure effective readiness plans implementation and proper activation of all business unit members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Engage with key stakeholders, including Commercial Leadership and Cluster Leads, to align on growth strategies.
Ensure effective communication of growth initiatives and updates across teams.
Work closely with business unit effectiveness lead to addressing all shared recommendations for business unit performance effectiveness evaluation

Operation Intelligence:
Gather and analyze operation intelligence reports to inform growth strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis and operational insights generation to ensure alignment with market trends and business unit business plan.

Team Development:
Lead and mentor the cluster team, implementing training and development programs.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor and enhance the skills matrix based on team actual performance and ensure gap closure recommended by the business unit effectiveness lead and based on market needs and trends.

Daily responsibilities:
Attends the morning calls and provides coaching when needed
Ensures daily elemental responsibilities execution by all cluster teams.
Monitor the daily operation flow and conduct one-to-one coaching to ensure understanding and team engagement.
Follow up the daily cluster activation and ensure proper plan execution.
Resolve conflicts and ensure implementation of long-term resolutions on operation-commercial levels.
Ensure cross-business unit alignment for all mega projects.

Reporting:
Submit monthly business unit action plan based on conducted analysis for the business unit performance and shared operational intelligence reports.
Submit a quarter business review to address the overall business unit performance against the business unit business plan reflecting the gap analysis and its action plan.
Submit quarter skills matrix with the individual development plans.
Discuss monthly the cluster's KPIs with the cluster leads and highlight the potential enhancement strategies.
Receive the weekly Envision cluster report and discuss it with the cluster lead to address the unsolved concerns and plan for next week's goals and objectives.
Submit quarterly action plans for business unit effectiveness lead's business unit analysis report to address the communicated gaps.
Submit monthly business unit performance maps to reflect the actual cluster's performance.

Job Requirements :
Alexandria Full Time Onsite
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related medical or scientific field is required. (Master's preferred).
18+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a People Management role in a multinational or large-scale organization.
Proven experience in Portfolio management, Omni-channel Management ,Marketing management, Brand management, or a similar growth-oriented role
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
