Role Overview
The Business Head – OpsAssist includes managing and ensuring smooth handling of documentation, LC WorkFlow, preparing Proforma, Custom PFI and Commercial Invoices, bank
coordination, compliance, and overall client support . The role focuses on efficient processes, strong team management, and high-quality delivery.
Operations Leadership & Strategy
- Own and lead the end-to-end OpsAssist function.
- Define operational strategy, workflows, and service delivery models.
- Ensure smooth business processes.
- Optimise operations to improve cost efficiency and increase revenue.
End-to-End Trade Finance Support
- Oversee the complete export/import transaction including: Documentation like Invoice preparation and verification, LC checking and compliance validation, Bank Presentation
- Letter preparation, bank coordination and follow-ups, till fund realization to beneficiary account
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all transactions.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as senior point of contact for key clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, process clarity and proactive communication.
- Resolve escalations and complex operational issues.
- Enhance overall client satisfaction and retention.
