Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business strategies
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through data analytics
- Maintain and optimize data models and ETL processes for efficient reporting
- Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in BI development and data visualization
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, DAX, or R) is a plus
