Position Overview
Support the business with the design, evaluation, and implementation of BI requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across all key departments and build a solid understanding of the systems and processes that drive the business. Essential to this role is the ability to understand the needs of a department and translate them to effective BI that can inform and drive business decision-making. Responsible for analyzing information requests, proposing, developing & implementing automated solutions via Microsoft SQL and Power BI for information delivery as well as providing maintenance to current reports & information processes.
Key Responsibilities
Work with PMs and Business Stakeholders to develop reporting solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical items.
Interact with business stakeholders in order to promote & expand knowledge of Business Intelligence.
Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to drive data warehouse and/or data mart design and configuration.
Comply with 90% of the service level in ticket or request closures depending on the app in which the requirements are tracked.
Attend recurrent & ad-hoc internal & external meetings, reviews, and presentations.
Contribute PSP / DMAIC sessions with data and suggestions.
Participate in optimization exercises as per Data Warehouse direction.
Analysis of information in generated reports, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data, as well as the need for on-time and multi-dimensional level reporting.
Ensure proper data configuration and change controls are implemented.
Synthesize current BI or trend data to support recommendations for action.
Coordinate maintenance and updates of BI tools, databases, dashboards, or processes.
Participate in agile teams and workgroups by contributing with data, facts, and suggestions, being positive and proactive and having a desire for applying continuous improvement processes.
Act as strategic consultant and liaison between internal clients and Data Management
Perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
Analyzing and alerting various factors that impact the achievement of communication and effectiveness goals set by each Client.
Attend recurrent training published by the Client/Company on a regular basis.
Work closely with change management to minimize the impact of incidents related to changes.
Be a true team member in Teleperformancefocused on the success of the company and the wellbeing of the team.
Interaction with other departments in order to improve and maximize the project(s) results.
Be an active part in the process of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovation methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).

Required Qualifications Education and specific Training
Bachelor's Degree (at least in progress) preferably in a technical or engineering field.
Desirable careers: Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Programming, Business Analytics, and related careers.
Work Experience
6 Months Experience in a Call Center Position, ideally WFM.
6 Months and above experience using Power BI.
6 Month Experience using SQL, MySQL or Oracle desirable.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Flow and PowerApps is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge in any programming language.
