We are seeking a talented BI Developer to join our Data Management and AI team and contribute to building enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across our digital banking platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence, data modeling, dashboard development, and data visualization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports.
• Develop semantic models and data marts for reporting.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Optimize reporting performance and usability.
• Support KPI development and business analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting platforms.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI development experience.
• Strong Power BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Data modeling and warehousing experience.
• Experience with DAX and reporting best practices.
