Business Intelligence Developer

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented BI Developer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for turning raw data into actionable business insights, building clean dashboards, and optimizing data pipelines, this role is for you.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced data analysis tasks.
• Maintain, clean, and analyze legacy or ad-hoc data models using advanced Excel techniques.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-centric role.
• Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python is a must.
• Spreadsheet Mastery: Strong expertise in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.).
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in large datasets.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
