We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Intelligence Lead / Manager to drive our data analytics function and support business decision-making through advanced insights and reporting. This role requires a highly analytical professional with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Intelligence team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve BI strategies, processes, and best practices to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data needs, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational objectives.
- Present findings, visualizations, and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, emerging BI technologies, and advancements in analytics tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies while implementing BI solutions.
- Drive BI project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data management.
- Proven experience managing BI teams, projects, and large-scale data initiatives.
- Deep expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
