Job Description

Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions data modelling, business intelligence, and analytics capabilities by managing strategic project pipelines, reporting architecture, dashboard delivery, KPI governance, and advanced initiatives. The role converts executive priorities into scalable data insights and reporting, while strengthening team capabilities and supporting organization-wide efficiency and optimization efforts.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end data modelling, business intelligence, and analytics strategy for MAF Global Solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise reporting requirements
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of data models, visualizations, and curated outputs to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
  • Drive the delivery and continuous improvement of interactive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI, while governing KPI definitions and consistency
  • Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions
  • Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses to generate actionable insights that enhance operational performance and inform leadership decisions
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing analytics and reporting team

  • Delivery of reliable, scalable data models and reporting outputs that are timely and business-ready
  • High stakeholder adoption of dashboards and reporting tools, supported by clear KPIs, usability, and measurable business impact
  • Strong governance framework ensuring data quality, KPI ownership, documentation, and disciplined reporting processes

Functional/Technical Competencies:

  • Expertise in data modelling, reporting architecture, and visualization design
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, including dashboard development and self-service BI enablement
  • Strong analytical capability in exploratory analysis, statistical interpretation, and insight generation
  • Proven leadership in team management, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination

Minimum Experience:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, and reporting, including exposure to project or people leadership
  • Proven success in delivering enterprise-level reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder requirements and analytics roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
