Location: Jeddah / Dubai
The Regional Business Head MEA for TempRite is responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and organizational excellence across the MEA region. This leadership role manages the full P&L, shapes strategic direction, builds capable teams, and ensures execution of both regional and global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Management: Full responsibility for the TempRite MEA profit and loss, ensuring delivery of financial targets in revenue, margin, and cost efficiency.
- Strategic Planning (STRAP): Develop and execute the Strategic Plan (STRAP) for the MEA region, while supporting formulation and execution at the global level.
- Team Building & Organization Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; establish a high-performing organizational structure aligned with business goals.
- Regional Capability Building: Enhance regional capabilities across commercial, branding, demand generation, and technical functions to drive market leadership and customer value.
- Business Management & MOS Cadence: Establish and maintain a Management Operating System (MOS) for daily business management, performance tracking, and operational excellence.
- Performance Measurement & Rewards: Drive business results through effective PCM (Performance and Commitment Management) processes and a robust regional reward and recognition system.
- Global Communication: Maintain regular, effective communication with global leadership to ensure alignment and leverage global resources and best practices.
- Global Strategy Implementation: Lead the execution of global strategies at the regional level, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives and market needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years experience in a regional business leadership role, preferably in the chemical, materials, or relevant B2B industry
- Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership abilities
- Experience implementing global strategies at a regional level.
