Role Title: Business Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a Business Operations Executive at The Cabinet, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of various functions within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Coordination:

  1. Act as the central point of contact for all ongoing projects.
  2. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  3. Maintain a detailed project log, documenting issues, resolutions, and key milestones.
  4. Send out timely project updates and reminders to the concerned teams.

HR Management:

  1. Oversee HR-related matters, including staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and managing employee records.
  2. Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
  3. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Financial Control:

  1. Manage invoicing and payment receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial records.
  3. Coordinate with external accountants for more complex financial matters.

Presales and Business Development:

  1. Generate and send out business proposals and offers to potential clients.
  2. Engage in presales activities, including client communication and relationship-building.
  3. Keep all communication channels updated with the latest offerings and case studies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, HR management, and financial control.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and bookkeeping.
  • Previous exposure to business development or presales activities is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
