Business Operations Internship - Emirati Talent Programs

Location: Dubai

Duration: 16 weeks, Full-Time

Start Date: February 2026

What You'll Do (based On Placement Area)

  • HR: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Finance: Support budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting tasks
  • IT: Help with user support, systems maintenance, or tech projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in ongoing initiatives
  • Build skills in a professional, structured environment

Who We're Looking For

  • Emirati national with a Family Book
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech tools
