We are hiring a Business Operations Manager (CEO Right Hand) to work closely with the CEO and help translate priorities into execution across the business.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who can drive follow-through, reduce operational noise, create structure, and help keep key initiatives moving without requiring constant executive involvement.
This role is best suited for someone who has already operated in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is comfortable driving execution with limited hand-holding.
Please note: this is not an administrative assistant role. It is an execution-focused business operations role with cross-functional ownership and strong visibility across the company.
What You'll OwnCEO Right-Hand Support
- Work closely with the CEO to translate priorities into clear action items, owners, and timelines
- Reduce day-to-day operational load on the CEO by independently driving follow-up and execution
- Prepare concise updates, trackers, summaries, and status reports
- Surface critical issues early with context, recommendations, and next steps
Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate work across multiple functions, including operations, customer support, e-commerce, finance coordination, and internal business workflows
- Ensure priorities keep moving and important items do not fall through the cracks
- Track dependencies, blockers, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams
- Help maintain alignment in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Process Improvement & Operational Structure
- Identify inefficiencies, recurring breakdowns, and workflow gaps
- Build or improve SOPs, trackers, and lightweight systems that increase accountability and visibility
- Help create more structure, clarity, and repeatability across day-to-day operations
- Recommend practical process improvements that support better execution
Business Visibility & Risk Awareness
- Maintain visibility on key operational priorities and time-sensitive issues
- Flag risks, delays, and bottlenecks before they become larger business problems
- Help support a more proactive, organized, and execution-driven operating rhythm
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, project management, executive operations, or a similarly cross-functional role
- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and follow-through
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions with maturity and sound judgment
- Comfort operating in a lean, evolving, high-accountability company
- Strong working ability with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, trackers, and coordination tools
Strong Plus If You Have
- Startup or founder-led company experience
- Exposure to e-commerce, food, CPG, manufacturing, logistics, or customer support operations
- Experience building SOPs, dashboards, trackers, or lightweight operating systems
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
