Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Process Analyst & Developer to analyze, design, and optimize organizational workflows and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing operational risks, and aligning processes with strategic objectives through automation and system integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and document end-to-end workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
- Develop and implement process automation solutions in coordination with IT teams.
- Lead business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives.
- Ensure process compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and implement improvements.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness.
- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for process changes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis and development.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN tools).
- Experience in workflow automation systems and ERP environments.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
