Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Analyst to design, analyze, and manage business processes, ensuring effective modeling and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business units and associated process managers to gather detailed process information through workshops, interviews, and existing documentation reviews.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Model business processes using MEGA BPM tools in accordance with established guidelines, frameworks, and naming conventions.
  • Ensure models are structured, validated, and stored appropriately within the BPM repository.
  • Facilitate discussions across business units to resolve discrepancies, align on process ownership, and ensure consensus on shared workflows.
  • Mediate conflicting viewpoints and drive resolution through structured dialogue and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with process owners, SMEs, and leadership to ensure buy-in and sustained collaboration.
  • Adhere to BPM governance standards and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices.
  • Deliver complete and validated process maps for assigned business areas within agreed timelines.

Role Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field .
  • Relevant 2+ years of experience in business process management, enterprise architecture, or transformation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with MEGA HOPEX BPM tool and process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN).
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex team dynamics and drive alignment across silos.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in BPM lifecycle, familiarity with frameworks like APQC, ITILetc.
